Steve Winshel is the CEO and Founder of Fullfill, a company operating at the intersection of cognitive science and AI to advance early detection of cognitive decline. A serial entrepreneur, he has launched several healthcare startups, including two in the metabolic syndrome space, one of which was acquired by UnitedHealth Group.

Steve combines his research background in cognitive psychology with his leadership experience in health innovations. He also teaches at Columbia Business School and Cornell Tech, where he shares insights on technology-driven healthcare transformation.
